چکیده

در این تحقیق اثرات چهار غلظت مختلف کلسیم (8، 25، 50 و 100 میلی گرم در لیتر) آب محیط تفریخ تخم، بر درصد چشم زدگی، درصد تفریخ وجذب عناصر کلسیم، پتاسیم، مس و منگنز توسط تخم ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان در یک سازگان مداربسته مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جهت انکوباسیون تخمها از 12 واحد آزمایشی (سازگان مداربسته) با ظرفیت 45 لیتر استفاده شد. 21 گرم تخم تازه لقاح یافته در هر یک از ترافهای واحدهای آزمایش ریخته شد. میانگین درصد تفریخ تخم در بین تیمارهای مختلف معنی داری بود )05/0 .(P
