چکیده

آپلین و رزیستین دو آدیپوکین جدید که از بافت چربی ترشح و با مقاومت به انسولین و دیابت نوع 2 در ارتباط هستند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر یک دوره تمرین هوازی در آب بر سطوح پلاسمایی آپلین و رزیستین در مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 بود.
آزمودنی های این پژوهش 20 مرد مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه تمرین (10=n) و کنترل (10=n) تقسیم شدند. دو گروه از نظر سن و شاخص توده بدن همسان بودند. برنامه تمرینی درگروه مورد شامل تمرین هوازی در آب به مدت 8 هفته، هر هفته 3 جلسه با شدت 55 تا 70 درصد حداکثر ضربان قلب بود. گروه کنترل در مدت تحقیق در هیچ برنامه منظم ورزشی شرکت نکردند. نمونه‌های خونی قبل و بعد از برنامه تمرینی برای اندازه‌گیری آپلین و رزیستین گرفته شد. برای مقایسه میانگین پارامترها از تی مستقل و وابسته در سطح 05/0=α استفاده گردید.
نتایج نشان داد که مقادیر آپلین (001/0=P) و رزیستین (034/0=P) در گروه تمرین کاهش معنی داری داشته است. مقایسه تغییرات بین گروهی نشان داد که تغییرات آپلین (343/0=P) و رزیستین (412/0=P) معنی دار نبود.
بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق به نظر می رسد تمرین هوازی در آب می تواند از طریق کاهش سطوح آپلین و رزیستین در کنترل قند خون و درمان مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع 2 مؤثر باشد.
