چکیده

سنجش پارامترهای خونی یکی از مهمترین راه های تشخیص بیماری و سلامت در آبزیان بوده که عوامل متعددی آنرا دستخوش تغییرات می کنند. دراین تحقیق تعداد 30 قطعه گربه کوسه لکه‌دار (Chiloscyllium punctatum) با خصوصیات زیست سنجی مشابه از هر دو جنس نر و ماده از خورهای شمالی خلیج فارس صید شدند. پس از صید، خون گیری و تهیه گسترش، پارامترها و فاکتورهای خون شامل WBC، لنفوسیت، مونوسیت، ائوزینوفیل، نوتروفیل و اندیس های خونی شامل MCV, MCH, MCHC اندازه گیری شدند. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده بین فاکتورهای اندازه گیری شده و جنس های مختلف اختلاف معنی داری وجود نداشت (05/0>P). در خصوص پارامترهای مربوط به گلبول های سفید لنفوسیت با بیشترین تعداد و ائوزینوفیل با کمترین مقدار و در جنس نر بوده است. همچنین مقدار گلبول های سفید در جنس نر بیشتر از جنس ماده و بیشترین اندیس خونی مربوط به MCV و در جنس نر و کمترین آن مربوط به MCHC و در جنس ماده بوده است. در تحقیق اخیر فاکتورهای گلبول های سفید خون در مقایسه با سایر گونه های آبزی که توسط دیگر محققین انجام پذیرفته است دارای تشابه و اختلافاتی بوده که در گزارش به آن پرداخته شده است.
