چکیده

این مطالعه در محدوده آب‌های ساحلی شهرستان بوشهر در اعماق 20 – 5 متر در طی ماه‌های مرداد تا شهریور 1392صورت پذیرفت. هدف از این مطالعه شناسایی انگل های جورپا در میگوهای خانواده پنائیده همراه با تعیین عوامل مؤثر در انتشار آن بود. در مدت زمان انجام مطالعه 814 کیلوگرم میگو صید شد که از این مقدار 735 کیلوگرم میگوی ببری سبز (Penaeus semisulcatus)، 68 کیلوگرم میگوی سفید (Metapenaeus affinis) و 20 کیلوگرم سهم سایر گونه ها بود. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که انگل جورپا جداسازی شده متعلق به گونه Epipenaeon ingens می‌باشد که فراوانی آن در میگوهای ببری سبز مبتلا 26 درصد بود در حالیکه در میگوهای سفید هیچگونه آلودگی مشاهده نشد. بیشترین فراوانی انگل در میگوهای ببری سبز صید شده در اعماق 20-10 متر، با میانگین وزن (27/0±87/39 گرم) و طول کل (07/0±61/19 سانتی‌متر ) بود. بررسی وضعیت فیزیولوژیک میگوهای مبتلا حاکی از کاهش توسعه تخمدان در میگوهای ماده و زائده پتاسما در میگوهای نر بود. همچنین یک ارتباط مثبت معنی دار میان افزایش درجه حرارت و شوری آب با افزایش فراوانی انگل E. ingens در میگوی ببری سبز مشاهده شد. این در حالی بود که هیچگونه آلودگی به انگل های جورپا در میگوهای سفید مشاهده نشد.
