In this study the macrobenthose assemblage and their relationship with sediment texture was investigate by acoustic remote sensing. Macrobenthse in marine sediment plays an important role in ecosystem and any fluctuation in their communities will directly affect the abundance of fishery resources in the sea. Acoustic remote sensing techniques investigate the vast seabed in rather small time interval. This survey site covers approximately 233km2. Geophysics data was derived by single beam echo sounder and differential global positioning system. The sediment texture and macrobenthose identification was done with grab sampling. The most study area is shallow and covered with mud. Dominant benthic animals were Cirratulidae, Amphionomidae and Paraonidae from Polychaetes. The sediment types have no important and significant effect on distribution and richness. Thus, in all stations with monotone sediment texture, there is similar species composition. Because of monotone geological characteristic in seafloor, macrobenthose assemblage patterns are not affected by sediment texture and grain size.

Khowr Doragh located at the northern end of the Khowr Mousa in the southwest of Iran.In present study; tide in Khowr Doragh was simulated by the hydro dynamical part of COHERENS model using the relationship between the potential energy and sea surface. Model was based on a five layers sigma vertical coordinate.
Taking into consideration the connection between Imam Khomeini Port Complex, Special Economic Zone and the presumed location of the plant, various options for energy supply in the study area is defined based on the demand. In the simplest case, without any interference with existing port activities, 32 MW in average and 11.2 MW (35% efficiency) electric energy can be extracted. Electricity production will be possible both in the ebb and flood by installing two directional turbines with more technical complexity and higher price. By dividing area into two separate pools, electricity would be produced throughout day and night.
By constructing a dam at the main entrance of Khowr Doragh a 20 Km2 natural pool would be created which can produce 25 MW of electricity per day. By assumption of dredging and clearance of land surrounding by Khowr Doragh and Khowr Zangi , model was run for 29 and 60 Km2 pools that would be created. Calculated results show the possibilities of producing 36 and 74 MW of electricity in the 29 and 60 Km2 respectively.

Artemia mainly due to its nutrition value and also its merits has been considerate very in research biology and aquaculture. L-carnitine as a food supplement which stimulates the fatty acids oxidation and its affect on increasing of the nitrogen retention and stimulation of resistance against the environmental stresses is used lately in modern aquaculture. In order to study of the effect of dietary L-carnitine supplementationon the growth performance, survival rate and early maturation of parthenogenetic Artemia, treatments were done by 1, 10, 100, 1000mg/l of L-carnitine supplement. The cysts of parthenogenetic Artemia were hatched in optimal conditions. Acquired larvae were fed as long as 15 days with a compound of enriched yeast with HUFA and the alga Dunaliella tertioleca in salinity of 80g/l. L-carnitine supplement was added directly in culture medium and indirectly added by enrichment the algae were fed by specimens. Results revealed that this supplement can stimulate early sexual maturation and aggravates masculinization in all of the experimental groups in comparison with the control group. The best result, in this regard was recorded for 1000 mg concentration of L-carnitine in which at 13th days the best percentage of sexual maturation, 5/04%, was seen. These results showed that L-carnitine has significant effect on growth performance when it exposes in 1000 mg concentration of L-carnitine, also the fatty acids profile in any of these concentration fatty acids DHA is not be.

HUFA (highly unsaturated fatty acids) content is one of the most important indices for determination of food value in fish larvae feeding. The HUFA has also an important role in fish larvae health, growth and survival. Because of this, enrichment methods for increasing of HUFA content in Artemia nauplii was developed. The aim of this study was to determine the impacts of dietary of fish and vegetable oil on Rainbow trout, Oncorhynchs mykiss, body composition. The experiments were carried out in six different treatments with three replicates for 2 weeks. The feeding treatments during the first 10 days included: 1) Commercial diet, 2) A. Urmiana nauplii enriched with fish oil, 3) A. urmiana nauplii enriched with Sunflower oil, 4) A. urmiana nauplii enriched with Canola oil, 5) A. urmiana nauplii enriched with Soybean oil, 6) Newly hatched un-enriched A. urmiana nauplii. The highest concentrations of fatty acids in diet were oleic, palmitotic, linoleic, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and stearic acid, while in larvae tissue of trout in all treatments were oleic, linolenic, linoleic, stearic and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), respectively. The concentrations of eicosapentaenoic acid [20:5(n-3)] in contrast with docosahexaenoic acid [22:6(n-3)] in the Commercial diet were significantly reduced (P<0.05). The highest concentrations of EPA was observed in nauplii enriched with fish oil in which statistically significant in comparison with the other treatments (P<0.05). The DHA content in newly hatched non-enriched nauplii and nauplii enriched with vegetable oil were zero. The results showed that vegetable oil (Canola, Sunflower and Soybean) in comparison with fish oil give more suitable results and thus, the present study suggests that early life stage of larvae growth can be feed wih nauplii enriched with Canola oil.
