This study aimed to determine the number, biomass, cover percentage and investigate the affecting factors on distribution and abundance of the Bivalves in different regions of southern rocky shores of Caspian Sea. A field study has been conducted 3 replication random sampling of 15 × 15 cm quadrat on 10 stations, once a month from March 2013 to February 2014, along natural and artificial rocky shores from Astara to Babolsar. In this study the average number, percentage cover and biomass of this species have been determined in quadrats as follows, respectively: 381.9, 32.6 percent and 32.0 g per unit area. Also, the average of water temperature, salinity, pH, dissolve oxygen and conductivity have been measured as follows, respectively: 16,48 C0, 9,87 ppt, 8.27 pH, 9.89 mg/lit and16.52 m/s. The results of the number, biomass and percentage cover of bivalve have shown a meaningful difference among 3, 4, 6 satations and other stations. Moreover, 3 station with 1373.7 number, 90.00 % percentage cover and 133 gr per unit area biomass suggested the highest level of annual measure of bivalve’s population. According to PCA test, salinity, water temperature, algae percentage cover and chlorophyll a determined as the most important factors affecting this kind of species in different regions.}, keywords = {Caspian Sea,rockey shores,invasive species,Mytilaster lineatus}, title_fa = {تاثیرعوامل محیطی بر الگوی توزیع و پراکنش دوکفه ای Mytilaster lineatus (Gmelin,1789) در سواحل سنگی حوضه جنوبی دریای خزر}, abstract_fa = {یکی از گونه های غیر بومی که دردهه اخیر در سواحل جنوبی دریای خزر درحال افزایش است دوکفه ای Mytilaster lineatus می باشد. هدف از این تحقیق تعیین تعداد، زی توده، درصد پوشش وبررسی عوامل موثر برتوزیع و پراکنش این دو کفه ای در سواحل سنگی مناطق مختلف حوضه جنوبی دریای خزر بوده است. ده ایستگاه در سواحل سنگی طبیعی و مصنوعی (ازآستارا تا بابلسر ) انتخاب و در طول یک سال به طور ماهانه از فروردین 92 تا اسفند92 توسط کوادرات 15×15 به صورت تصادفی و با 3 تکرار مورد نمونه برداری قرار گرفتند. میانگین تعداد افراد در کوادرت ها 9/381 عدد، درصد پوشش 6/32 درصد و زیتوده 0/32 گرم در واحد سطح کوادرات ها تعیین شده است. میانگین دمای آب48/16سانتی گراد، شوری87/9 قسمت در هزار، اسیدیته27/8، اکسیژن محلول 89/9 میلی گرم بر لیتر، قابلیت رسانای آب52/16متر در ثانیه اندازه گیری گردید. نتایج نشان داد که تعداد، زی توده ودرصد پوشش دوکفه ای در ایستگاه های 3، 4 و 5 نسبت به سایر ایستگاه ها تفاوت معنی داری دارند.همچنین ایستگاه 4 با میانگین7/1373تعداد، پوشش 00/90درصدی و133 گرم زیتوده در واحد سطح بالاترین مقدار سالیانه حضور جمعیتی این دوکفه ای را دارا بود. بر اساس آزمون PCA مهمترین عوامل موثر بر پراکنش این گونه شوری، دمای آب، پوشش جلبکی و میزان کلروفیلa در مناطق مختلف تعیین گردید.}, keywords_fa = {دریای خزر,سواحل سنگی,گونه های مهاجم,Mytilaster lineatus}, url = {https://jmst.kmsu.ac.ir/article_14762.html}, eprint = {https://jmst.kmsu.ac.ir/article_14762_b2d502317a4d8a3cf4481b42449a790e.pdf} }
