To assess the acute effects of BaP on the endocrine system, a group of fish was injected with dissolved BaP in sunflower oil (50mg/kg BaP in 2µg/l oil according to the body weight). Other fishes were injected with 2µg/l body weight as controls. Blood samples from both groups collected 3 hours after injection. In another protocol, the chronic effects of BaP on the plasma levels of cortisol and T3 were assessed. For this reason a group of fish was implanted with 50mg/kg BaP in 10µl/g coconut oil in respect to each fish body weight. As the previous protocol a control group was implanted with the same amount of oil without the BaP. Blood samples collected from both implanted groups (treatment and control) after 72 hours. According to the results, plasma levels of cortisol in yellowfin Seabream increased during both short time and long time exposure but T3 levels in the plasma decreased during the chronic stress of BaP exposure. It seems the cortisol levels are elevating to provide more energy requirement under the acute and chronic stress conditions by direct effect on glyconeogenesis and fast blood sugar level to be consumed by cells. T3 levels may be affected by inhibitory effect of Aryl hydrocarbon receptors (AhRs) which decreased it during long term exposure.  }, keywords = {testosterone,cortisol,Reproductive physiology,Stress,Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon}, title_fa = {اثر بنزوآلفاپایرن بر سطوح پلاسمایی هورمون¬های موثر در فرآیند اسپرماتوژنز (کورتیزول و تستوسترون) در نرهای رسیده شانک زرد باله Acanthopagrus latus}, abstract_fa = {مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی تاثیر بنزوآلفاپایرن (BaP) به عنوان یکی از مهمترین هیدروکربن‌های آروماتیک چند حلقه‌ای (PAH) بر سطوح کورتیزول پلاسما و فرآیند اسپرماتوژنز از طریق ارزیابی سطوح پلاسمایی هورمون تستوسترون در نرهای رسیده شانک زرد باله Acanthopagrus latus صورت گرفت. بدین منظور و برای بررسی اثرات کوتاه مدت و بلند مدت بنزوآلفاپایرن، ماهیان به سه گروه شاهد، پایه و تیمار تقسیم شدند. به گروه تیمار بنزوآلفاپایرن محلول در روغن گیاهی (mg/kg50 بنزوآلفاپایرن به ازای وزن بدن ماهی در g/lμ2 روغن به ازای وزن بدن) به صورت درون صفاقی تزریق شد و به گروه شاهد g/lμ2 روغن گیاهی به ازای وزن بدن تزریق گردید. در گروه پایه هیچ گونه تزریقی صورت نگرفت. از هر گروه پس از 3 ساعت نمونه خون و گناد تهیه شد. برای بررسی اثرات دراز مدت، و رهایش آرام آلاینده، ایمپلنت mg/kg50 بنزوآلفاپایرن به ازای وزن بدن در g /lμ10 روغن گیاهی به ازای وزن بدن به صورت درون صفاقی انجام شد. برای ماهیان شاهد g/lμ10 روغن گیاهی به ازای وزن ایمپلنت گردید. پس از 72 ساعت از هر گروه نمونه‌گیری صورت گرفت. نتایج به ترتیب افزایش و کاهش معنی‌دار سطوح پلاسمایی کورتیزول و تستوسترون را در استرس کوتاه مدت و بلند مدت نشان داد. به نظر می‌رسد افزایش کورتیزول به علت ایجاد اختلال توسط بنزوآلفاپایرن در مسیرهای بیوسنتز و آشفتگی در محور هیپوفیز-هیپو تالاموس- اینتررنال باشد. کاهش سطح تستوسترون می‌تواند ناشی از فعال شدن رسپتورهای آریل هیدروکربن در گنادها و تاثیر بر مسیر‌های بیوسنتز تستوسترون و یا اختلال در عملکرد محور HPG باشد. آشفتگی در سطوح هورمون‌های تستوسترون و کورتیزول به ویژه در نر‌های رسیده سبب ایجاد اختلال در تولیدمثل موفق و بقای نسل ماهی شانک زرد باله می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {تستوسترون,کورتیزول,فیزیولوژی تولیدمثل,استرس,هیدروکربن آروماتیک چند حلقه¬ای}, url = {https://jmst.kmsu.ac.ir/article_1878.html}, eprint = {https://jmst.kmsu.ac.ir/article_1878_0a32876eb128a099f6f43e7ccb621b7f.pdf} }
