Then were fixed in Bouin's for 48 hours and transferred to 70% ethanol. After dehydration and Paraffin embedded, they were cut by microtome, collected on glass slides, stained with Haematoxylin-Eosin and studied by light microscope. The results showed that the venom bulb has longitudinal, transversal muscles, and a row of cubic cells with round nuclei. The proximal and the distal parts are composed of elongated cylindrical cells with the basal ganglia. The epithelial cells of the venom apparatus have abundant granules and in the distal part that are larger than the proximal. The passageway between the lumen of the venom duct and the pharynx is a channel that lead to the radula bag containing radula with different degrees of a formation. So, C. frigidus venom production and delivery was performed by synthesis in the venom apparatus, storage toxin in the radula teeth and the venom injection is done by the venom bulb and the best section for toxin peptide extraction is the distal portion of the venom apparatus. The reason is that this part, is active in the secretion of mature toxins that can use for Medicinal purposes.}, keywords = {Venom apparatus,Granule,Radula,Conus frigidus}, title_fa = {مطالعه بافت شناسی مجرای تولید توکسین های پپتیدی و تحویل آن ها در حلزون مخروطی دریایی (Conus frigidus, Reeve 1848)}, abstract_fa = {در این مقاله، مجرای سم حلزون مخروطی دریایی Conus frigidus که جایگاه تولید توکسین های پپتیدی با پتانسیل دارویی است، مطالعه شد. مجرای تولید سم حدود 6 عدد جداسازی گردیدند و به سه قسمت: حباب سم، بخش پروگزیمال مجرای سم(نزدیک به حباب سم) و بخش دیستال مجرای سم (نزدیک به حلق) تقسیم شدند. سپس به مدت 48 ساعت در بوئن فیکس و به اتانول 70 درصد منتقل گردیدند. پس از آبگیری، پارافینه کردن و قالب گیری، توسط میکروتوم برش زده شدند و پس از تهیه لام و رنگ آمیزی به روش هماتوکسیلین-ائوزین با میکروسکوپ نوری مطالعه شدند. نتایج نشان داد، حباب سم از ماهیچه های طولی، حلقوی و یک ردیف سلول مکعبی با هسته های گرد تشکیل شده است. بخش های پروگزیمال و دیستال ، دارای سلولهای استوانه ای کشیده با هسته های قاعده ای هستند. سلولهای اپیتلیالی مجرا دارای گرانول های فراوان بوده که در بخش دیستال بزرگتر از بخش پروگزیمال است. مسیر عبوری بین لومن مجرای سم و حلق، کانال باریکی است که به کیسه رادولا حاوی رادولاهایی با درجه متفاوت رشد منتهی می شود. لذا تولید و تحویل سم در C. frigidus با سنتز در مجرای سم، ذخیره سم تولیدی در دندان رادولایی و تزریق سم توسط حباب سم انجام می شود و بهترین جایگاه جهت استخراج توکسین های پپتیدی ناحیه دیستال مجرای سم می باشد. دلیل این امر فعال بودن این بخش در ترشح سموم بالغ است، که می تواند جهت اهداف دارویی استفاده شود.}, keywords_fa = {مجرای سم,گرانول,رادولا,Conus frigidus}, url = {https://jmst.kmsu.ac.ir/article_41711.html}, eprint = {https://jmst.kmsu.ac.ir/article_41711_1b9b9bc8f0b29c461865e21b8a355ae4.pdf} }
