Three treatments with 5 fish for each treatment were considered. The experimental treatments included: control (capsules containing cocoa butter alone), low level of T3 (T1; 1 mg T3/kg body weight + cocoa butter), and high level of T3 (T10; 10 mg T3/kg body weight+ cocoa butter). The capsules containing hormones and cocoa butter were intraperitoneally implanted to 3-year-old pre-vitellogenic stage female fish (mean initial body weight 6999.7±100.9 g) every 6 weeks over a six month period  from January 2009 to June 2010. The serum levels of some hormone (T3, cortisol, ACTH) and biochemical parameters (glucose, cholesterol and calcium) were determined at the initial time and three weeks after each implantation. Growth indices (WG, SGR and CF) were determined at the end of the experiment. The results showed that fish treated with the high and low T3 doses produced significant changes in thyroid hormone levels (P<0.05). Serum cortisol was significantly higher in T3- implanted fish than in control fish (P<0.05). Serum glucose and calcium concentrations were significantly greater in fish treated with the high T3 doses compared to the other two experimental groups (P<0.05). Significant differences were observed in serum ACTH and cholesterol concentrations among treatments in the last and second sampling time, respectively (P<0.05). Final weight was the highest in T1-implanted fish; intermediate in those implanted the high T3 dose, and lowest in controls (P<0.05). These results indicated that the long-term implantations of T3 hormone influence the physiological parameters of great sturgeon and promote the somatic growth in a physiological dose.}, keywords = {هورمون تری یدو تیرونین,ایمپلنت,رشد,فیل ماهی}, title_fa = {اثرکاشت مکرر هورمون تری یدوتیرونین بر عملکرد فیزیولوژیک فیل ماهی ماده پرورشی (Huso huso)}, abstract_fa = {این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثرات کاشت هورمون تری یدوتیرونین (T3) بر عملکرد فیزیولوژیک فیل ماهیان (Huso huso) ماده پرورشی انجام پذیرفت. در این مطالعه، سه گروه آزمایشی و پنج عدد ماهی به ازای هر گروه در نظر گرفته شد. تیمار های آزمایش شامل تیمار شاهد (دریافت کننده کپسول های حاوی کره کاکائو)، سطح پایین T3 (T1؛1 میلی گرم T3 به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن + کره کاکائو) و سطح بالای T3 (T10؛10 میلی گرم T3 به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن + کره کاکائو) بودند. کپسول های حاوی هورمون-کره کاکائو، به صورت داخل صفاقی در بدن فیل ماهیان پرورشی سه ساله در مرحله پیش زرده گیری (وزن متوسط 9/100 ± 7/6999 گرم) هر 6 هفته و به مدت شش ماه از بهمن 88 تا مرداد 89 کاشته شدند. تغییرات هورمونی (T3، کورتیزول و ACTH) و پارامتر های بیوشیمیایی (گلوکز، کلسترول و کلسیم) در شروع آزمایش و سه هفته پس از هر مرحله ایمپلنت اندازه گیری شدند. شاخص های رشد (WG، SGR و CF) در شروع و پایان دوره آزمایش تعیین گردیدند. تغییرات معنی داری در غلظت هورمون های تیروئیدی در ماهیان تیمار شده با هورمون T3مشاهده شد (P< 0.05). غلظت کورتیزولسرم خون در ماهیان تیمار شده با دوز های مختلف T3به طور معنی داری بیشتر از گروه شاهد بود (P< 0.05). غلظت گلوکز و کلسیم سرم در ماهیان تیمار شده با دوز بالای T3به طور معنی داری بیشتر از دو گروه آزمایشی دیگر بود (P< 0.05). اختلاف معنی داری در غلظت ACTH بین تیمارهای مختلف در آخرین نمونه گیری و کلسترول در دومین نمونه گیری مشاهده شد (P< 0.05). وزن نهایی ماهیان تیمار T1 به طور معنی داری از گروه شاهد بیشتر بود (P< 0.05). نتایج این مطالعات نشان داد که ایمپلنت T3 قادر است پارامترهای فیزیولوژیک فیل ماهی را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد و در دوزهای فیزیولوژیک اثرات مثبت بر رشد سوماتیک این گونه دارد.}, keywords_fa = {هورمون تری یدو تیرونین,ایمپلنت,رشد,فیل ماهی}, url = {https://jmst.kmsu.ac.ir/article_4535.html}, eprint = {https://jmst.kmsu.ac.ir/article_4535_ed6c0c5d372249f5722cde955a5b0813.pdf} }
