تاثیر سطوح مختلف پروتئین و انرژی جیره بر شاخص های رشد، کارایی غذایی، بازماندگی و ترکیب شیمیایی بدن ماهی صبیتی Sparidentex hasta جوان
در این پژوهش تاثیر سطوح مختلف پروتئین (45% ،50% ،55% و60%) و سطوح مختلف انرژی (20 ، 22 و 24 کیلوژول بر گرم غذا) بر شاخصهای رشد، بازماندگی، شاخصهای تغذیه ای و ترکیب شیمیایی لاشه ماهیان صبیتی جوان بررسی شد. دورة پرورش 56 روز بوده که در تانکهای 300 لیتری با ذخیره سازی 18 قطعه بچه ماهی با متوسط وزن14/0±99/27 گرم صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که جیره های مورد آزمایش و نیز سطوح مختلف پروتئین جیره بر شاخصهای رشد، تغذیه ای، بازماندگی و ترکیبات لاشه تاثیر معنی دار داشت (05/0 < P)، اما سطوح مختلف درصد پروتئین جیره بر ضریب تبدیل غذایی، بازده پروتئین، چربی و فیبر لاشه تاثیر معنی دار نداشت (05/0 > P). سطوح مختلف انرژی جیره به تنهایی تاثیر معنی دار بر شاخصهای رشد وتغذیه ای نداشت (05/0 > P) ولی بر میزان بازماندگی و ترکیبات لاشه تاثیر معنی دار داشت (05/0< P). همچنین بیشترین افزایش وزن (1.53±43/46) در جیره غذایی پروتئین 60 درصد و انرژی 24 کیلوژول بر گرم اما با بازماندگی پایین، بالاترین میانگین بازماندگی (49/8±74/90) در جیره غذایی پروتئین 55 درصد و انرژی 22 کیلوژول بر گرم، بهترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی و بازده پروتئین به ترتیب با مقادیر 60/0±01/3 و 15/0±68/0 در جیره غذایی پروتئین 50 درصد و انرژی 24 کیلوژول بر گرم بدست آمد. در نهایت با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده سطح پروتئین 50 درصد و سطح انرژی 22 کیلوژول برگرم غذا برای تامین نیازهای غذایی از نظر پروتئین و انرژی جیره این گونه در مرحلة جوانی مناسب تشخیص داده شد.

اثرات ضد قارچی عصاره های آبی و فلاونوئیدی کلی گیاه مورد (Myrtus communis L.) بر دو قارچ بیماریزای ساپرولگنیا و فوزاریوم جدا شده تخم قزلآلای رنگین کمان در شرایط in vitro
در این تحقیق اثر ضد قارچی غلظتهای مختلف عصارههای به دست آمده از گیاه دارویی مورد (Myrtus communis L.) بر روی رشد دو عامل بیماریزای قارچی ساپرولگنیا (Saprolegnia sp.) و فوزاریوم (Fusarium sp.) جدا شده از تخمهای لقاح یافته ماهیان قزل آلای رنگین کمان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. عصاره برگها بعد از جمع آوری از رویشگاههای طبیعی آن در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری در خرداد ماه به روش استخراج فلاونوئید و خیساندن (Maceration) استخراج شد. برای بررسی اثر ضد قارچی عصاره از روش تست انتشار از دیسک (Disk diffusion) و تست انتشار از چاهک (Well diffusion) استفاده شد. براساس نتایج به دست آمده در این مطالعه مشخص شد که مقدارmg/ml 50 عصاره به دست آمده به روش استخراج فلاونوئید و همچنین مقدارmg/ml 100 عصاره آبی گیاه مورد به دست آمده به روش خیساندن روی قارچ ساپرولگنیا اثر کشندگی داشته است. همچنین تنها اثر عصاره کلی و آبی به دست آمده روی قارچ فوزاریوم اثر بازدارندگی با MIC برابر 12.5 و mg/ml 25 به ترتیب با روشهای تست انتشار دیسک و چاهک بوده است. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده مشخص شد که عصاره گیاه مورد اثر بخشی بهتری در جلوگیری از رشد قارچ ساپرولگنیا نسبت به قارچ فوزاریوم داشت. این مطالعه نشان دهنده وجود ترکیبهای ضد قارچی در عصارههای مختلف گیاه مورد است که با مطالعه در مقیاس گستردهتر می توان از آن به عنوان داروی مناسب جهت درمان بیماریهای قارچی در آبزی پروری استفاده کرد.

الگوی تغییرات ارتفاع موج اطراف موجشکن شناور پانتونی
موجشکنهای شناور برای ایجاد یک محیط آرام در مقابل امواج، بهصورت موقت یا دائم بهکار میروند. در این پژوهش، برای بررسی عملکرد هیدرودینامیکی موج شکن شناور پانتونی از ماژول AQWA نرم افزار ANSYS استفاده شده است. از مهمترین پارامترهای مورد بررسی در این تحقیق میتوان به الگوی تغییرات ارتفاع موج مشخصه، عمق آبخور، پریو موج برخوردی و عرض پانتون اشاره نمود. با توجه به بررسی الگوی تغییرات ارتفاع موج مشخصه، میتوان ضریب عبور موج را در هر نقطه دلخواه پشت موجشکن شناور محاسبه نمود. نتایج حاصل از مدلسازی عددی بیانگر آن است که با انتخاب عرض نسبی بزرگتر از 4/0 عملکرد موجشکن شناور مناسب است. همچنین با انتخاب پارامتر پریود نسبی (To) در محدوده 5/1-4 برای موجشکن شناور پانتونی میتوان ضریب عبور موجی در حدود 35/0-60/0 انتظار داشت.

الگوی پراکنش و فراوانی زمانی و مکانی ستاره شکننده (Macrophiothrix cheneyi : Ophiuroidea ) در سواحل خلیج چابهار
در این مطالعه پراکنش و فراوانی ستاره شکنندهMacrophiothrix cheneyi در مناطق بین جزر و مدی خلیج چابهار واقع در دریای عمان با توجه به تغییرات زمانی و مکانی در طول یک سال از آبان ماه 1387 لغایت شهریورماه 1388 در 5 ایستگاه انتخابی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. طی این تحقیق نمونه برداری هر دو ماه یکبار به صورت تصادفی و به وسیله پرتاب کوادرات m1*m1 انجام شد. نتایج بدست آمده از این تحقیق نشان داد که تراکم و پراکنش گونه موردنظر در ایستگاه ها و ماه های مختلف، تفاوت معنی دار داشت (05/0> P) که این بدلیل تاثیر فاکتورهای اکولوژیکی (بستر، غذا و پناه) و بیولوژیکی (تولیدمثل، شکار و رقابت) می باشد. گونه Macrophiothrix cheneyi بیشترین فراوانی را در شهریورماه در ایستگاه 2 با میزان ind.m-2 54/1± 58/3 داشته است. همچنین پراکنش آن اغلب تصادفی و گاهی تجمعی بوده است. از نظر شاخص پایداری در شهریور ماه گونه رایج و در سایر ماه ها گونه نادر بشمار رفته است.

بررسی CPUE، CPUA و توده زنده ماهی سنگسر معمولی (Pomadasyskaakan) در آبهای استان بوشهر(خلیج فارس)
صید به ازای واحد تلاش و واحد سطح و همچنین میزان توده زنده ماهی سنگسر معمولی در آبهای استان بوشهر در بهمن ماه سال 1390 برآورد شد. منطقه نمونهبرداری به سه ناحیه شمالی، مرکزی و جنوبی و هر ناحیه نیز به سه زیرلایه عمقی 20-10، 30-20 و 50-30 مترتقسیم بندی گردید. در این مطالعه از روش نمونه برداری تصادفی برای جمعآوری دادهها استفاده شد. نمونهها از مجموع 45 ایستگاه بدست آمد. طول کل ماهیان نمونهبرداری شده بین 56-27 سانتی متر و میانگین طول کل ماهی سنگسر 95/4±7/42 سانتی متر بدست آمد. توده زنده کل 55/5943 تن محاسبه شد. CPUE کل و CPUA کل به ترتیب 25/803 کیلوگرم بر ساعت و 05/9269 کیلوگرم برمایل مربع محاسبه شد. کمترین میانگین CPUE در لایه عمقی 30-20 متر با 82/8 کیلوگرم بر ساعت و بیشترین میانگین CPUE در لایه عمقی 20-10 متر با 45/21 کیلوگرم بر ساعت بدست آمد. بیشترین میانگین CPUA در لایه عمقی 20-10 متر با 35/259 کیلوگرم بر مایل مربع و کمترین میانگین CPUA در لایه عمقی 30-20 متر با 91/95 کیلوگرم بر مایل مربع برآورد شد. از نظر ناحیهای، ناحیه مرکزی با 9/8913 کیلوگرم بر مایل مربع بیشترین، و ناحیه جنوبی با 9/23 کیلوگرم بر مایل مربع کمترین میزان CPUA را به خود اختصاص داد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان دهنده بالاتر بودن تراکم ماهی سنگسر معمولی در نواحی مرکزی آبهای استان بوشهر و در اعماق بالاتر از 30 متر بود.

اثرات پروتئین تام و کلسترول بر خصوصیات اسپرم شناختی منی ماهی کپور معمولی پرورشی (Cyprinus carpio)
هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثرات پروتئین تام و کلسترول بر شاخصهای فیزیکی و بیوشیمیایی منی ماهی کپور معمولی پرورشی استان خوزستان بود. در این مطالعه 40 قطعه ماهی کپور پرورشی (20 قطعه در اسفند و 20 قطعه در فروردین ) تهیه شد و آزمایشهای فیزیکی و بیوشیمیایی بر روی منی آنها انجام گردید. نتایج حاصله نشان داد که میزان پروتئین تام و کلسترول در فروردین نسبت به اسفند افزایش غیرمعناداری نشان داد. میزان یونهای کلسیم، کلر، سدیم و پتاسیم در فروردین نسبت به اسفند افزایش نشان داد. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده پروتئین تام پلاسمای منی در اسفند با آلبومین، کلسترول و پتاسیم ارتباط مثبت و معناداری و با کلر همبستگی منفی و معناداری داشت اما پروتئین تام در فروردین با کلر، فسفر، اسپرماتوکریت، کلسترول و آلبومین همبستگی مثبت و معناداری و با وزن ماهی ارتباط منفی و معناداری داشت. کلسترول پلاسمای منی در اسفند با آلبومین ارتباط مثبت و معناداری ولی با کلر و فسفر همبستگی منفی و معناداری نشان داد اما کلسترول در فروردین با اسپرماتوکریت، آلبومین، فسفر و کلر همبستگی مثبت و معناداری داشت. بر اساس دادههای این مطالعه میزان پروتئین تام، کلسترول و یونهای کلسیم، کلر، سدیم و پتاسیم پلاسمای منی کپور ماهی پرورشی در فروردین نسبت به اسفند افزایش یافتند. بنابراین چون این فاکتورها روی کیفیت، کمیت و همچنین باروری اسپرمهای کپور ماهیان موثر هستند بنابراین ممکن است با تنظیم فاکتورهای پروتئین، کلسترول و مواد معدنی جیره غذایی در فصل تخمریزی، کیفیت اسپرمهای کپور ماهیان افزایش یابد.

بررسی برخی خصوصیات زیستی ماهی صبور (Tenualosa ilisha) و بافت شناسی گناد در زمان تخمریزی و پس از آن
این پژوهش، با هدف بررسی پارامترهای زیستی ماهی صبور (Tenualosa ilisha) در زمان تخمریزی و پس از تخم-ریزی انجام پذیرفت. به این منظور تعداد 60 ماهی در طی 3 ماه، به ترتیب در شهریور ماه در آب شیرین (رودخانه کارون در خرمشهر) (ایستگاه 1)، شهریور ماه در آب شور (سواحل هندیجان) (ایستگاه 2 )، مهر ماه در آب شور (ایستگاه 3) و آبان ماه و در آب شور(ایستگاه 4) صید و نمونه برداری صورت گرفت. سنجش پارامترهای زیستی و تعیین شاخص گنادی و بافت شناسی گناد ماهیان انجام پذیرفت. در بررسی فاکتورهای بیولوژی، بیشترین میزان طول کل، وزن کل و وزن گناد در ماهیان ایستگاه یک مشاهده شد که با دیگر ایستگاهها اختلاف معنیداری داشت (05/0> p). در بررسیهای میکروسکوپی، تعداد 7 عدد از نمونههای مورد مطالعه نر و 53 عدد ماده تشخیص داده شدند. نمونههای ایستگاه شماره یک که ایستگاه تخمریزی ماهی صبور میباشد اکثرا در مرحله 5 رسیدگی جنسی قرار داشته که اکثر اواوسیت ها تخمک گذاری نموده اند. نمونه های 3 ایستگاه دیگر اکثرا در مراحل اولیه رسیدگی جنسی قرار داشتند. در تخمدان این ماهی ها، مراحل اولیه تشکیل زرده و حاشیه نشینی هستک ها و گسترش وزیکول های زرده مشهود است. با بررسی های صورت گرفته، می توان چنین نتیجه گیری نمود که ماهی صبور در شهریور ماه آماده تخم ریزی بوده و زمان مناسبی برای جمع آوری مولدین و تکثیر مصنوعی می باشد.

پراکنش فصلی فیتوپلانکتون های غالب در خزر جنوبی (سواحل مازندران) و ارتباط آن با عوامل محیطی
پراکنش فصلی فیتوپلانکتون ها و عوامل موثر بر حضور آنها در سواحل مازندران، بین سالهای 90-1391 بررسی شد. در این مطالعه توزیع شاخه ها و گونه های غالب فیتوپلانکتونی و پارامترهای فیزیکوشیمیایی در امتداد 4 خط عمود بر ساحل (امیرآباد، بابلسر، نوشهر و رامسر) در عمقهای مختلف ستون آب در اعماق 5، 10، 20 و50 متر مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. تغییرات گونه های غالب و پارامترهای محیطی با استفاده از تحلیل مؤلفه های اصلی بررسی شد. میانگین تراکم سالیانه فیتوپلانکتون 185162558 عدد در متر مکعب بود و بیشترین تراکم در فصل زمستان و کمترین تراکم در فصل بهار تعیین شد. در مجموع 7 شاخه و 131 گونه از فیتوپلانکتون ها شامل باسیلاریوفیتا (58 گونه)، سیانوفیتا (24)، پیروفیتا (22)، کلروفیتا (17)، اوگلنوفیتا (8) و 1 گونه در هر یک از شاخههای هاپتوفیتا و زانتوفیتا شناسایی شدند. در بهار گونه Exuviaella cordata از پیروفیت ها (25/61 درصد از گونه ها) در تابستان و پاییز گونه Oscillatoria sp. از سیانوفیت ها (به ترتیب 69/48 و 91/71) و در زمستان گونه Pseudo-nitzschia seriata (12/66) از باسیلاروفیت ها به عنوان گونه های غالب فصلی شناسایی شدند. این تحقیق نشان داد که ترموکلاین، انتقال رودخانهای، شانهدار Mnemiopsis leidyi و گونههای فیتوپلانکتونی فرصت طلب با توانایی بالای رقابتی (سیانوفیت و پیروفیت) از موثرترین عوامل بر تغییرات زمانی و مکانی فیتوپلانکتونها میباشند. درجه حرارت، سیلیس و نیتروژن معدنی نقش مهمی در تغییرات تراکم دیاتومه ها دارند، درحالیکه درجه حرارت، فسفر معدنی، فسفر آلی و نیتروژن معدنی برای پیروفیت ها و سیانوفیت ها حائز اهمیت هستند.

معرفی بهترین روش برای کشت اولیه ی سلول های کبدی ماهی هامور معمولی (Epinephelus coioides)
کبد یکی از مهم ترین اندام های بدن مهره داران بوده که نقش مهمی در سم زدایی دارد. هدف از مطالعه ی حاضر، بررسی تاثیر نوع هضم آنزیمی، میزان درصد سرم جنین گاوی و دمای انکوباتور در کشت اولیه ی سلول های کبدی ماهی هامور معمولی (Epinephelus coioides) بود. برای انجام کار، از 5 عدد ماهی هامور معمولی استفاده شد. ابتدا بدن ماهی توسط الکل اتانول 70% ضدعفونی و پس از جدا کردن بافت کبد، توسط قیچی به قطعات ریز تقسیم شد و با استفاده از روش های متفاوت هضم آنزیمی توسط کلاژناز (تیپ 1 و 4)، تریپسین و استفاده از مواد مغذی و افزودنی در محیط کشت، سلول های آن جداسازی شدند. سپس سلول ها به مدت 2 هفته در محیط کشت Lebowitz L-15 به سه روش استفاده از هضم آنزیمی توسط تریپسین، هضم آنزیمی توسط کلاژناز (تیپ 1 و 4) و استفاده از مواد و افزودنی های مغذی، کشت داده شد. اثر شرایط متفاوت به لحاظ میزان دمای انکوباتور (20، 25، 28، 30 و32 درجه سانتیگراد) و میزان سرم جنین گاوی (0%، 10% و 20% و 20%+ITS) بر رشد سلول ها بررسی شد. براساس نتایج به دست آمده، تعداد سلول ها با استفاده از سیستم کشت هضم آنزیمی توسط آنزیم کلاژناز تیپ 4 در مقایسه با سایر روش ها بیشتر بود. در مجموع با بررسی حاضر، مناسب ترین روش برای کشت سلول های کبدی ماهی هامور معمولی، استفاده از مواد مغذی ITS، سرم جنین گاوی به میزان 20% و دمای انکوباتور C^30 تشخیص داده شده است.

بررسی خصوصیات جریان غلیظ در اثر تغییر رژیم جریان
جریان غلیظ یک حرکت نسبی است که بین دو لایة سیال که حتی دارای اختلاف کمی در چگالی هستند ایجاد میگردد. این نوع جریانها بخصوص در مواردی مانند ورود آب حاوی رسوب رودخانه ها به مخازن سدها و یا دریاها و دریاچه ها از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار بوده و میتواند آثار متفاوتی از قبیل رسوبگذاری در مخازن سدها و مصب رودخانه به دریا و همچنین تغییر بستر مناطق ساحلی و نیز در نواحی فلات قاره برجای بگذارد (Kostic, Parker, 2005). در این میان شناخت بررسی نوع حرکت و نیز نقش تغییر رژیم از حالت فوق بحرانی به حالت زیر بحرانی یا به عبارتی ایجاد پرش هیدرولیکی، بر خصوصیات حرکت جریان بسیار مهم می باشد. بررسی نحوه حرکت یک جریان، نیازمند شناخت پروفیل های سرعت در مسیر جریان است. برای این منظور با استفاده از یک مدل فیزیکی و ایجاد یک جریان چگال با خصوصیات مختلف جریان ورودی، ضمن تحمیل شرایط تغییر رژیم، به اندازه گیری و بررسی پروفیلهای سرعت در بدنه جریان پرداخته شد و تغییر خصوصیات جریان تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان داد که ضرایب مربوط به پروفیلهای سرعت در نواحی دیواره و جت به ترتیب برابر2.08، 0.87 و 2.83 برای جریانهای زیر بحرانی و 1.174، 1.062 و 2.09 برای جریانهای فوق بحرانی بدست آمد. از دیگر نتایج میتوان به کاهش 14 تا 19 درصدی سرعت و افزایش 21 تا 32 درصدی عمق جریان بر اثر پرش اشاره کرد. ضمنا در برخی موارد تفاوت زیادی بین نتایج رایطه تحلیلی پرش با داده های برداشتی مشاهده شد.

بررسی عددی روش جدید اتصال چسبی بین آلومینیوم و پانل ساندویچی
استفاده از چسب برای اتصال مواد غیر همجنس، به عنوان یک روش معمول در صنایع مختلف شناخته شده است. یکی از مواردی که در صنعت دریایی می توان از این روش استفاده کرد، اتصال روسازه به بدنه اصلی کشتی ها است. در تحقیقاتی که پیش از این انجام گرفته است، به بررسی اتصال تی شکل بین اجزای هم جنس کامپوزیتی پرداخته شده، ولی مطالعه در زمینه اتصال بین ورق آلومینیوم و پانلهای ساندویچی انجام نشده است. این تحقیق به تحلیل عددی غیرخطی استحکام استاتیکی این نوع از اتصالات پرداخته و در انتها نیز طرح هندسی جدیدی به منظور افزایش استحکام آن ارایه شده است. بهمنظور اعتبارسنجی نتایج حل عددی از نتایج منتشر شده تجربی استفاده شده و مقایسه آنها تطابق مطلوبی را نشان میدهد که این امر بیانگر دقت نتایج حل عددی میباشد. در تحلیل عددی برای شبیهسازی رفتار ماده چسب و جدایش بین اجزای اتصال از المانهای تماسی و مدل ناحیه چسبناک (CZM) در نرمافزار انسیس استفاده شدهاست. نتایج تحلیل ها نشانگر این نکته هستند که هندسه پیشنهادی اتصال تیشکل در این مقاله، سبب افزایش 25/7 برابری نیروی عمودی شکست اتصال خواهد شد. این افزایش استحکام در حالتی به دست می آید که به سبب ادغام شدن اجزای اتصال، ساخت آن نیز آسانتر خواهد شد.

تولید نرم افزار تخمین ارتفاع آبخور جسم در خلیج فارس
در این مطالعه سعی می شود در طول فصول مختلف سال، میزان شناوری یک جسم را پیش بینی نمائیم. میزان شناوری یک جسم رابطه مستقیم با چگالی محیط دارد. در این تحقیق در گام نخست طراحی نرم افزار با استفاده از داده های بیست ساله هواشناسی و همچنین عمق شناسی خلیج فارس و در نظر گرفتن دبی آب های ورودی به و خروجی از خلیج فارس مدل هیدرودینامیکی کوهیرنس برای این منطقه تا زمان پایداری به اجرا در آمده است تا نهایتا یک بانک اطلاعاتی از چگالی در منطقه مورد مطالعه بدست آوریم. پس از تهیه بانک جامع چگالی از این داده ها به عنوان ورودی های نرم افزار طراحی شده، استفاده شده است که در آن با گرفتن پارامترهای مکانی، زمانی،سطح مقطع و وزن شناور میزان آب خور شناور در یک روز خاص از سال و در یک منطقه خاص برآورد می شود. نتایج مدل نشان می دهد که کمترین میزان آب خور شناور مربوط به مناطق جنوبی خلیج فارس است و از نظر زمانی نیز با فصل های سرد سال در ارتباط است که با معکوس تغییرات چگالی بر حسب مکان و زمان در خلیج فارس انطباق بسیار خوبی دارد.
