چکیده

زره داران از رده سخت پوستان بوده که از خط ساحلی تا عمق حدود 2800 متری ساکن هستند. این موجودات غالبا در مناطقی نظیر دریاچه ها، چشمه ها، رودها، باتلاق ها، تالابها، دریاها و اقیانوس ها سکونت دارند. با توجه به این که، این موجودات در تمام زیست بوم های آب شیرین، لب شور و دریایی به سر می برند طبیعی است که به صورت فسیل در تمام مناطق ذکر شده، یافت شوند. زره داران در اکولوژی دیرین (paleoecology) اهمیت بسیار زیادی دارند، به خصوص زمانی که روزنه داران (Foraminifera) حضور ندارند. آب دریای خزر شور و تلخ بوده و 13 هزار در واحد نمک داشته و شیرین تر از آب اقیانوس ها می باشد. این منطقه از محیط های مناسب برای زیست زره داران محسوب می شود. این موجودات هم به صورت کفزی(benthic) و هم به صورت شناور (plagic) دیده می شوند ولی شکل های شناور به صورت فسیل نادر می باشد. گونه هایی نظیرLeptocythere alifani, Stenocypria fischeri, Cyprideis sp., cyprideis littoralis Loxocnoncha gibboida, Loxocnoncha eichwaldii, Loxocnoncha emendatis Caspiolla liventali از شاخص ترین گونه های شناخته شده در حوضه جنوب شرقی دریای خزر محسوب می شوند. در این تحقیق شناسایی گونه های زره داران و نیز بستر زیست مناسب برای گونه های شناخته شده مورد توجه قرار گرفته است.
