چکیده

در این تحقیق اثر ضد قارچی غلظت‌های مختلف عصاره‌های به دست آمده از گیاه دارویی مورد (Myrtus communis L.) بر روی رشد دو عامل بیماریزای قارچی ساپرولگنیا (Saprolegnia sp.) و فوزاریوم (Fusarium sp.) جدا شده از تخمهای لقاح یافته ماهیان قزل آلای رنگین کمان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. عصاره برگها بعد از جمع آوری از رویشگاههای طبیعی آن در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری در خرداد ماه به روش استخراج فلاونوئید و خیساندن (Maceration) استخراج شد. برای بررسی اثر ضد قارچی عصاره از روش تست انتشار از دیسک (Disk diffusion) و تست انتشار از چاهک (Well diffusion) استفاده شد. براساس نتایج به دست آمده در این مطالعه مشخص شد که مقدارmg/ml 50 عصاره به دست آمده به روش استخراج فلاونوئید و هم‌چنین مقدارmg/ml 100 عصاره آبی گیاه مورد به دست آمده به روش خیساندن روی قارچ ساپرولگنیا اثر کشندگی داشته است. همچنین تنها اثر عصاره کلی و آبی به دست آمده روی قارچ فوزاریوم اثر بازدارندگی با MIC برابر 12.5 و mg/ml 25 به ترتیب با روشهای تست انتشار دیسک و چاهک بوده است. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده مشخص شد که عصاره گیاه مورد اثر بخشی بهتری در جلوگیری از رشد قارچ ساپرولگنیا نسبت به قارچ فوزاریوم داشت. این مطالعه نشان دهنده وجود ترکیب‌های ضد قارچی در عصاره‌های مختلف گیاه مورد است که با مطالعه در مقیاس گسترده‌تر می توان از آن به عنوان داروی مناسب جهت درمان بیماری‌های قارچی در آبزی پروری استفاده کرد.
