چکیده

در این مطالعه پراکنش و فراوانی ستاره شکنندهMacrophiothrix cheneyi در مناطق بین جزر و مدی خلیج چابهار واقع در دریای عمان با توجه به تغییرات زمانی و مکانی در طول یک سال از آبان ماه 1387 لغایت شهریورماه 1388 در 5 ایستگاه انتخابی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. طی این تحقیق نمونه برداری هر دو ماه یکبار به صورت تصادفی و به وسیله پرتاب کوادرات m1*m1 انجام شد. نتایج بدست آمده از این تحقیق نشان داد که تراکم و پراکنش گونه موردنظر در ایستگاه ها و ماه های مختلف، تفاوت معنی دار داشت (05/0> P) که این بدلیل تاثیر فاکتورهای اکولوژیکی (بستر، غذا و پناه) و بیولوژیکی (تولیدمثل، شکار و رقابت) می باشد. گونه Macrophiothrix cheneyi بیشترین فراوانی را در شهریورماه در ایستگاه 2 با میزان ind.m-2 54/1± 58/3 داشته است. همچنین پراکنش آن اغلب تصادفی و گاهی تجمعی بوده است. از نظر شاخص پایداری در شهریور ماه گونه رایج و در سایر ماه ها گونه نادر بشمار رفته است.
