اثرات مکمل سازی جداگانه و ترکیبیLactobacillus plantarum با زایلواولیگوساکارید جیره بر عملکرد رشد، ترکیب بیوشیمیایی لاشه و پاسخ های فیزیولوژیک بچه ماهی صبیتی (Sparidentex hasta)

چکیده

هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی اثرات جداگانه و ترکیبی پروبیوتیک با پربیوتیک جیره بر عملکرد رشد، پاسخ ایمنی غیراختصاصی، ترکیب لاشه، فعالیت آنزیم گوارشی و فلور باکتریایی روده بچه‌ماهی صبیتی (Sparidentex hasta) بود. برای این منظور تعداد 425 قطعه ماهی با میانگین وزنی 3/0 ± 64/7 گرم از پژوهشکده آبزی ‌پروری جنوب کشور تهیه شد. این مطالعه در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تیمار و 3 تکرار (45 قطعه ماهی به ازاء هر تکرار) در داخل مخازن فایبرگلاس 300 لیتری انجام شد. بچه ماهیان به مدت 42 روز با جیره‌های حاوی 0 (گروه شاهد)، 106×1 CFU پروبیوتیک (Lactobacillus plantarum) در هر گرم غذا (تیمار 1)، 5/0 و 1 درصد زایلواولیگوساکارید+ 106×1 CFU پروبیوتیک در هر گرم غذا (تیمار 2 و 3) در حد 5/4 درصد وزن بدن تغذیه شدند. در پایان آزمایش نمونه‌های لاشه، روده، خون، پلاسما و موکوس جمع‌آوری شد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که پروبیوتیک و پربیوتیک جیره عملکرد رشد، فلور باکتریایی روده و پاسخ ایمنی غیراختصاصی ماهی صبیتی را تغییر نداد (05/0 < P). با این حال فعالیت باکتری کشی پلاسما تیمار شاهد به صورت معنی داری بالاتر از تیمار 3 بود (05/0 >P ). میزان پروتئین و رطوبت لاشه تیمار 2 اختلاف معنی داری را با گروه شاهد نشان داد (05/0 >P ). نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد فعالیت آنزیم های گوارشی شامل آلکالین پروتئاز، آمیلاز و لیپاز به وسیله افزودن پروبیوتیک و پربیوتیک به جیره تحت تاثیر قرار می گیرد (05/0 > P).
