چکیده

اکسید شدن چربی در جیره غذایی ماهی، در اثر ورود اکسیژن، درجه حرارت بالا و کاتالیزورهای فلزی، امری معمول می‌باشد. در مطالعه‌ی حاضر، اثرات تغذیه با جیره حاوی روغن ماهی اکسید شده بر شاخص‌های رشد و متابولیسم چربی در تاسماهی هیبرید (Huso huso ♂× Acipenser ruthenus♀) جوان، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جهت انجام این آزمایش، 3 رژیم غذایی مختلف شامل: گروه شاهد، گروه OFO50 (50% روغن اکسید شده)، گروه OFO100 (100% روغن اکسید شده)، طراحی گردید. 90 عدد تاسماهی هیبرید جوان با میانگین وزن اولیه 7/0 ± 6/212 گرم، پس از 2 هفته سازگاری با جیره غذایی طراحی شده و شرایط آزمایشی، به صورت تصادفی در 9 مخزن فایبرگلاس 2 متر مکعبی با حجم آبگیری 700 لیتر، ذخیره-سازی شدند. غذادهی سه بار در روز (8:00، 14:00 و 20:00) بر حسب اشتها در طول دوره انجام گردید. پس از 6 هفته، جهت سنجش شاخص‌های رشد و بیوشیمیایی، نمونه‌برداری انجام شد. تاثیر سوء بر رشد در هر دو گروه تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی روغن اکسید شده مشاهده شد. همچنین کاهش معنی‌دار کلسترول، تری‌گلیسیرید، در گروه OFO100 مشاهده شد. نتایج این تحقیق نشان دادکه تغذیه تاسماهی هیبرید با جیره حاوی روغن ماهی اکسید شده، موجب تاثیر منفی بر رشد و متابولیسم چربی این ماهی گردید. اگرچه افزایش جزئی در درصد افزایش وزن بدن و نرخ رشد ویژه مشاهده شد اما نامطلوب بوده و می‌توان گفت افزاش جزئی رشد مربوط به افزایش چربی احشایی بوده است.
