چکیده

اثرات سطوح مختلف چربی جیره روی رشد و ترکیبات لاشه بچه ماهی کلمه دریای خزر) (Rutilus rutilus caspicus

چکیده :
آزمایش ارزیابی اثرات سطوح مختلف چربی (8 ،12، 16و20درصد) جیره درچهار تیمار و هریک با سه تکرار بر فاکتورهای رشد بچه ماهی انگشت قد کلمه انجام شد. بچه ماهیان با میانگین وزن اولیه30/5 گرم با تراکم 15 عدد به ازای هرمخزن و به مدت 67 روز درمخازن فایبرگلاسی100 لیتری پرورش داده شدند. دراین آزمایش، رشد ماهی ، نرخ رشد ویژه ، ضریب تبدیل غذا ، ضریب چاقی، ضریب بازدهی پروتئین و درصد ماندگاری محاسبه شد اما آنالیزهای آماری بین تیمارها اختلاف معنی داری نشان نداد (05/0p). این مطالعه نشان داد بچه ماهیان کلمه تغذیه شده از جیره حاوی 16 درصد چربی بیشترین رشد را دارند.
