چکیده

در این تحقیق اثرات استفاده از پروبیوتیک لاکتوباسیلوس دلبروکی در سه مرحله از زندگی تاسماهی ایرانی (مرحله اول: شروع تغذیه فعال، مرحله دوم: ماهیان انگشت‌قد با وزن حدود 10 گرم، مرحله سوم: ماهیان جوان حدود 144 گرمی)، بر شاخص‌‌های رشد، تغذیه و بقاء مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در مرحله اول، پروبیوتیک از طریق غنی‌سازی ناپلی آرتمیا برای تغذیه لارو‌های تازه به تغذیه افتاده تاسماهی ایرانی به مدت 15 روز استفاده گردید، در مراحل دوم (به مدت یک ماه) و سوم (به مدت دو ماه) پروبیوتیک به غذا اسپری و برای تغذیه ماهیان استفاده گردید. در پایان روز پانزدهم مرحله اول تحقیق، مقادیر طول کل، وزن کل، افزایش وزن و رشد ویژه در ماهیان تغذیه‌شده با ناپلی آرتمیای غنی‌سازی نشده (تیمار 3) به‌طور معنی‌داری بیش‌تر از سایر تیمار‌ها بود. از نظر ضریب تبدیل غذایی و درصد بقاء، فقط ماهیان تغذیه شده با غذای کنسانتره با سایر تیمار‌ها اختلاف معنی‌دار داشتند. در پایان روز سی‌ام، مقادیر طول کل، وزن کل، افزایش وزن و رشد ویژه در ماهیان تغذیه شده با جیره ترکیبی کنسانتره و ناپلی آرتمیای غنی‌سازی نشده (تیمار 4) به‌طور معنی‌داری بیش‌تر از سایر تیمار‌ها بود. در پایان مرحله دوم، هیچ کدام از تیمار‌ها از نظر شاخص‌‌های بررسی‌شده، اختلاف معنی‌داری نشان ندادند. در پایان مرحله سوم تحقیق، مقادیر وزن کل، افزایش وزن و رشد ویژه در ماهیان تغذیه شده با هردو سویه پروبیوتیک به‌طور معنی‌داری بالاتر از گروه شاهد بود. بنابراین برای بهبود رشد و بقاء ماهیان جوان تاسماهی ایرانی بایستی حداقل 2 ماه با غذای حاوی پروبیوتیک تغذیه شوند.
