چکیده

به منظور بررسی ساختار جمعیتی خیار دریایی گونه Holothuria parva در دو منطقه بندر بستانه و بندر دیر، از روش توالی یابی ژن 16S rRNA استفاده گردید. در مجموع 417 جایگاه نوکلئوتیدی بررسی شد که پس از بررسی در پایگاه داده ای NCBI، توالی‌ها با ژن 16S rRNA همخوانی داشتند و تعلق نمونه‌ها به گونه H. parva تایید شد. در مجموع در دو منطقه 4 هاپلوتایپ شناسایی شد که یکی از هاپلوتایپ‌ها در دو منطقه مشترک بود. بندر بستانه دارای 3 هاپلوتایپ و بندر دیر دارای 2 هاپلوتایپ بودند. تنوع هاپلوتایپی در بستانه 83 درصد و در دیر 50 درصد تخمین زده شد. تنوع نوکلئوتیدی در بستانه و دیر به ترتیب 007/0 و 002/0 برآورد شد. شاخص ژنتیکی (Fst) ناچیز 000/0 و نرخ واگرائی (Dxy) 0048/0 و جریان ژنی (Nm) بالا 1874 بین دو منطقه برآورد گردید. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده از این بررسی، احتمالا نمونه‌های بندر بستانه و بندر دیر از یک جمعیت یکسان هستند که به دلیل جریان ژنی بالا بین دو منطقه تمایز زیادی از هم ندارند و وجود هاپلوتایپ مشترک نیز بیانگر وجود نیای مشترک H. parva در دو منطقه می‌باشد.
