To evaluate the production of beta-carotene, traits and patterns of protein band in D. salina microalgae in the presence of colchicine, after microalgae cultivation, colchicine treatments randomized design concentrations of 0, 0.05 and 0.1 and 0.2% Volumetric weight was applied. Changes in growth and beta-carotene, chlorophyll A, B and total and carotenoids produced by spectrophotometer measurements, as well as electrophoresis on SDS-PAGE analysis was used to investigate the protein patterns. The results showed that concentrations of colchinicine did not result in significant differences in protein pattern in 11 samples and it just affacted the production of certain proteins.. While this treatment causes a difference in beta-carotene, chlorophyll A, B, total carotenoids and growth. Beta-carotene is the most important metabolites increased in all concentrations of colchicine. Treatment increased the carotenoids, chlorophyll A, B, and total while reduced growth. So the treatment of colchicine reduced the growth and increase the production of beta-carotene, chlorophyll A, B, total and carotenoids is in Dunaliella. While no significant effect on the pattern of protein expression. Therefore , it can be concluded that using treatment of colchicine will be useful in beta-carotene productions.

Brown algae of Padina sp (Adanson, 1763) are found globally across tropical coastal areas, inter-tidal and sub-tidal regions. The aim of this research was to identify morphological and molecular characteristics of padina species distributed across Lengeh Port in Persian Gulf using morphological examinations and rbcL chloroplast gene sequencing. For this purpose, morphological features were undertaken using valid identification keys. For molecular analysis, total genomic DNA was extracted by CTAB method with slight modifications. Amplification of fragments was carried out using rbcL primers. Analysis of genome sequences was undertaken using genetic softwares of Chromas, BioEdit and MEGA6 and phylogenetic trees were constructed by two models of Neighbor Joining (NJ) and Maximum Likelihood (ML). Results indicated that two identical species of padina (P. boergesenii and P. australis) in this research shared common cluster with 99% probability and showed high genetic similarities among related compared padina species submitted in NCBI Genbank.

In this article, spectrum of the reflection, transmission and absorption of the thin metal nano-layer by using quantum hydrodynamic equations is studied. The thin metal nano-layer can be used to cover the equipment and devices to avoid detection which coated the outer surface of the submarines, ships, planes. It is also used the nano-layers to cover the various devices such as solar cells, glass reflex. In some devices, for example the solar cells, the more increase the absorption ratio, the more increase the efficiency and in some other devices, for example the reflex glasses, it is better to be high the reflection ratio. Hence, the study of the reflection, transmission and absorption ratio of electromagnetic waves are important in quantum plasma slabs. By combining the quantum hydrodynamic equations and the Maxwell's equations in the presence of a magnetic field can be obtained the coefficients of the reflection, transmission and absorption of electromagnetic waves in thin metal nano-layer in which we have taken the slab as quantum plasma. Clearly, it is shown that by taking term of the quantum Bohm's potential cause to appearance of the quantum refractive index for the Langmuir wave that this new refractive index does not have any similar relation in the classical plasma. Using the numerical values and the Mathematica software, the absorption coefficients have drawn in various conditions. This proposed method enables us practically to control the reflection or absorption power of electromagnetic waves in quantum plasma slab by adjusting a uniform external magnetic field.

In order to study in shallow coastal areas, free Landsat 8 image with relatively high radiometric resolution and the presence of two bands, coastal blue and blue is suitable. In this study, in addition to Landsat satellite imagery, hydrographic data has also been used. In order to increase the accuracy and reduce the error, tried as much as possible the passing time of the Landsat 8 sensor close to the acquisition terrain date. The purpose of this study is bathymetry of the southeastern part of the Caspian Sea using the PCA algorithm on the pre-processed visible region. In this study, the FLAASH and Dark Object Subtract (DOS) atmospheric corrections were applied separately to visible bands. The obtained depth results by applying PCA transformation to these two types atmospheric correction is investigated. PCA algorithm is implemented in four different forms. Statistical parameters R^2, RMSE, and NRMSE are calculated between obtained data by PCA and hydrographic data in two types of atmospheric correction. The results show that in both of atmospheric correction, the accuracy of estimated depth by PCA is increased when four or three PCA components are introduced as algorithm inputs compared with only two or one PCA components are used. As well as, the use of four components, the accuracy of DOS in bathymetry with values of R2=0.91, RMSE=0.3,and NRMSE=0.05 has shown a better result in comparison to FLAASH correction's values R2=0.87, RMSE=0.38, and NRMSE=0.06.

The ship behavior should be studied with respect to channel width and depth, because of the existence of hydraulic and hydrodynamic effects in navigable channels and waterway. The most important parameters that designer should consider are Squat, resistance, slamming, bow body force and suction. Accurate prediction of hydrodynamic parameters for operational ships in shallow water are essential to avoid grounding. Hydrodynamic parameters for Series 60 hull Vessel's in shallow waters are experimentally investigated in this thesis using models with coefficient, CB=0.8 and The Experiments were carried out in towing tank in different condition Critical speeds for vessel's can be obtained based on experimental results. This leads to an increase in ship efficiency and reaching the optimal speed and dratht in channels. The results have been compared with those obtained from analytic, numerical and empirical methods. It should be noted that fake walls were designed to carry out this study after designing the floating model. The unique characteristics of the fake walls was adjusting the channel width. It was possible to receive and register the sensors using PLS program. Throughout the experiment all the mechanisms were monitored automatically by the examiner.

Nowadays, more than 90% of the global huge transit transportation is carried out through the sea ways. Different factors such as the emission of gases related to the fuel of ships in the sea and especially in ports, the leakage of oil materials due to marine accidents and the negligence of ship crews, the use of port equipment, impure diesel fuel in power station generators, etc., caused an increase in greenhouse gases emergence, environmental pollution and endangering human lives. Therefore, the creation and stablishing of green ports by applying the global and international standards and complying with maritime conventions and regulations would smooth out the process of the intelligentization of ports. In consequence, it can definitely increase the speed of goods transfer, the tracking of ships and goods, provide the transparency of statistics, reducing the costs and increasing the quality and capacity of the sea ports. This research for the above mentioned reasons, has applied the integrated theory that is empowered and developed by Dempster-Shafer and the interpretive structural equations of ISM (the green and smart components of ports). According to the carried out analysis, firstly, 9 key indicators were identified in the greening and smartness of ports, then the identified indicators were classified based on the Pestel analytical model. Finally, based on Dempster-Shafer method, it was indicated that the greenness indicator of the sea port margins with a weight of 0.141 is ranked in the first place and The amount of greenhouse gas production with a weight of 0.131 was ranked as the second one and in compliance with smart technology it was ranked in the third place with a weight of 0.128. This research is also applied the approach of the ISM method for identifying the applied indicators.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of initial stocking density of red algae Gracilaropsis persica and Gracilariacorticata on the growth and biomass production of these species. Three stocking densities of 50 gm-1, 125 gm-1 and 200 gm-1 were used and algae cultivated in Persian Gulf (Bandar Abbas) in winter for 45 days. Algae collected from natural environment and cultivated on poly ethylene rope in the sea.Relative growth rate (RGR) and total biomass were measured fortnightly. Temperature, salinity, pH and nutrients (nitrate, nitrite and phosphate) were measured during the trial. The result of the present study showed that there were significant differences in growth rate between different treatments in both species (P<0.05). Algae that cultivated with 50 gm-1 initial stocking density had the highest relative growth rate in both species. At the end of 45-day trial, total biomass was the highest in 200 gm-1 treatment (P<0.05). Furthermore, the present study showed that the growth rate of Gracilariopsis persica was higher than Gracilariacorticata. The results of the present study showed that stocking density is able to affect the growth of red algae Gracilariopsis persica and Gracilariacorticata and Gracilariopsis persica have higher growth rate and better potential of commercial culture in the Persian Gulf compared to Gracilariacorticata.

A general description of distribution patterns of rocky shore bivalvia along the whole Hormuz Island coasts is given to provide the context for comparisons of distribution patterns of this intertidal organisms. In order to test if there was any variation in species distribution and abundance from upper to lower intertidal zone (littoral zone) along the entire rocky shores of the Hormuz Island, three main regions were studied from summer 2005 to spring 2006 (west , south and south-eastern) and 3 transects were sampled in each region. At each of the 9 transects the shore was levelled and a general qualitative description was made. Upper zone characterized by the presence of Saccostrea cucullata. Midlittoral zone was essentially dominated by Saccostrea cucullata. The distribution patterns observed on the lower zone didn’t show a similarity between rocky shores located in the Hormuz Island. It has also given important information on abundance and distribution of bivalvia that revealed seasonal distribution in rocky shores of the Hormuz Island. According to this results abundance of bivalvia was markedly higher in summer compared to winter.

Using available data of year 1998 in Chabahar and applying a program which is produced in MATLAB environment, rate of producible energy in year 1998 is equal to 6.9 Kwh/m² and producible power of waves has been estimated to be 3.9 Kw/m² with the lowest rate of energy observed in winter and the highest rate of wave energy in summer. Probable cause of this phenomenon could be seasonal winds that blow in summer. According to the flowmetry report done by Ports and Maritime Organization in Chabahar, in Aw1 Station has divided its 9-meter distance below water surface into 7 cells, therefore, with considering 1×1m channels and assuming that flow in each channel has been changed steadily, tide flow energy has been estimated and average energy of Chabahar station has been obtained equal to 0.12 w/m² within two weeks. In the second way, using program written in MATLAB environment and calculating the surface under the chart, tide energy has been calculated equal to 0.19w/ m². According to the obtained results, producible energy of tidal current in Chabahar Gulf is very low and it is not economical

Heavy metals pollution directly has a negative effect on marine aquaculture such as shrimp culture. Heavy metals accumulated in the shrimp can be transported to humans through food chain. In this study, concentration of heavy metals (Cu, Zn, and Ni) in muscle tissue of western white leg Shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) in farms of Rig, Helle and Delvar sites of Bushehr province was determined. Heavy metals concentration was measured by atomic absorption. Results showed that there was a significant difference between Zn and Ni concentration of muscle shrimp in Rig, Helle and Delvar sites. The highest concentration of copper in Delvar, zinc in Rig and nickel in Heleh was observed 20.12 ± 1.28, 56.12 ± 9.33 and 9.10 ± 0.87 (μg / g DW) respectively. The comparison results of metal concentrations in muscle tissue of shrimp with FDA, WHO and FAO standards showed that the nickel content in muscle tissue is higher than the permissible level for human consumption and requires further monitoring.

Abstract: Jagin river with the formation of a relatively large delta arrive to the Oman Sea. In this paper rely on results based on field survey and index of geomorphic, has been studied morphology and riverbed changes. The purpose of this study is recognition impact of neotectonic in jagin river drainage network. Morphology and behaviour of drainage network, to change from neotectonic is sensitive. Considering the evidence as changes multiple paths in different time periods, crossing the fault line, broad and narrow riverbed, It seems that under the influence of neotectonic active in the region. For achieving results, Geodynamic data, Index geomorphic, Time of Concentration, topographic and geologic maps, aerial photos and satellite images of this area as the main reaserch tools and conceptual and model techniques were used. Then the data through field works by GIS (ArcGIS&ilwis) analysis and effect of tectonic analysed. In this view, between redirected drainage and morphological feature and neotectonic affects has been relationship. Results indicate continuity of the last neotectonic activity in the Study area and displacement Amount of activity is not the same everywhere, and movement is towards the north eastern region. The findings of this research can be useful for the study of impact of neotectonic on riverbed changes.
