The Ostracods of crustacean live in from the shoreline to a depth of about 2,800 meters. Ostracods are more often found such as lakes, streams, rivers, marshes, lagoons, seas and oceans. These organisms are found in all ecosystems such as freshwater, brackish and marine and it is reasonable are found fossils in all the areas mentioned above. Ostracodes are very important in ancient ecology, especially when foraminifera are either absent or very rare. However the Caspian Sea is a salty taste, bitter too, but quite sweeter from ocean water and 13 per thousand salt dissolved. This area is suitable environment for life ostracode. These creatures are both benthic and pelagic form, but form of pelagic are rare. Species such as leptocythere alifani, Stenocypria fischeri, cyprideis sp., cyprideis littoralis, loxocnoncha gibboida, loxocnoncha eichwaldii, loxocnoncha emendates, and caspiolla liventali are most species are known in the southeast Caspian Sea. in this study was based the species identification of ostracods and the interpretation of environment suitable environment.

Because of the morphological plasticity of corals, especially in Acropora, in response to the environmental variations, the taxonomical studies of this genus, has always been difficult. That was the main reason behind the introduction of ecomorphes as species in many instances. One of the misidentified cases is that of Acropora clathrata which has been reported from the north and northeastern of the Persian Gulf, several times. But the presence of this species in the Persian Gulf has been questioned for many years by researchers. To answer this question once and for all, 74 colonies of both forms of Acropora downingi, or the two supposed species, A. downingi and A. clathrata, from three islands Larak, Farur and Khark located along the east–west axis of the Persian Gulf, were sampled and studied from both morphological and molecular points of view. Results of morphological studies demonstrated that the observed variations in the studied characteristics, were indeed intraspecific variations and all of the specimens belonged to the same species, i.e. A. downingi. The results were also confirmed by molecular studies, signifying the absence of A. clathrata in, at least, the north and northeastern parts of the Persian Gulf, if not in the Persian Gulf in general. Therefore, it was the other form of A. downingi which has been misidentified as A. clathrata.

In this paper, the nematocyst venom of jellyfish crambionella orsini were fractionated by size-exclusion and anion-exchange chromatography. crambionella orsini is famous jellyfish in Persian gulf. The results of mentioned methods has been investigated. The crambionella orsini venoms has hemolytic activity, as the other species.After extraction of nematocyst venom, the crude venom has been partially purification by sephadex G-200 gel filtration and DEAE anion exchange chromatography. Protein elution was monitored by uv detection at 280 nm. For determine the hemolytic fraction, every fraction were injected to 3 mice via the tail vein. Finally, all data from both chromatography methods were compared. The gel filtrations first pick and the first and second pick of anion exchange chromatography showed hemolytic activity.Determination the appropriate method for purification of this venom can help to find a comprehensive method for another marine venom especially jellyfish venoms and eventually may be help to find specific antidote for jellyfish stings of these species.

In this research employee’s needs hierarchy of central administration of Hormozgan’s port and maritime organization has been traced and sorted. The validity and reliability of the questionnaires were examined and proved and then distributed among the sample of the research. Number of the research sample is determined by Cochran Sampling formula. 93 out of 100 distributed questionnaires have been returned which all of them were acceptable. In order to analysis questionnaires, some tests have been used like: T-test, ANOVA test, KMO, Bartlett test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Binomial test, Spearman correlation coefficient and Goodness of fit test (by some software packages such as Excel, Lisrel 8/8, SPSS 19). The conceptual model was evaluated by indicators of goodness of fit model, including: GFI, AGFI, RMSEA, CFI and NFI also binomial test and spearman correlation coefficient (that has been verified) were evaluated. The result revealed that among personal specifications (gender, age, marital status, work experience and education), organizational specifications (employment status and work place) and economical specifications (amount of wages and salaries), only education has a different effect on personnel job satisfaction. At the end of the research, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs has been traced for employees of Central Administration of Hormozgans’ Port and Maritime, that were in order: Self-actualization (3/72), Physiological (3/69), Social (3/67), Esteem (3/64) and Safety (3/52).

Risk identification and consideration are vital for development and future planning of shrimp aquaculture. For survey of production and development characteristics of shrimp hatcheries in Iran, a questionnaire was prepared based on international standards and references, and several stockholders of shrimp hatcheries were consulted. Results indicated that feed, foreign technician, and financial resources is the major challenges of Iranian shrimp hatcheries. Major objective of this research was to obtain opinions and experiences of stockholders that active in shrimp hatcheries in Iran. Indentification of present challenges of Iranian shrimp hatcheries was another objective of the study. Creating a ground for cooperation between the Universities, industry and State administration is important to identify the issues existing in the shrimp culture industry and to put forward practical and feasible solutions. The ground that each section trust other and see “otherness experience” as own experience. It is needs reconstruction and redefinition of experiences and concepts in this framework.

The aim of this study, is evaluating of relative efficiency of major container port in Middle East for the period of 2011-2013. Required information was collected from scientific resources and inputs and outputs data were collected from statistical yearbook of the Iran’s ports and maritime organization and formal website of each foreign port. Firstly in this study Relative Efficiency of Ports were evaluated via one basic model of DEA-technique namely BCC-O. Then ports were ranked based on the achieved results. To rank ports with the 100% efficiency Anderson-peterson method was used. Based on the results of output- oriented CCR model that represents overall technical efficiency, port of Khorafkan, has the highest coefficient of efficiency and Bandar Imam Khomeini has been the weakest port in three years in this respect. The average efficiency of studied ports is 54.3% in the period of 2011-2013. Finally, virtual ports were proposed as template for inefficient ports to improve efficiency.

Sampling had done from march 2012 until January 2013 from 7 locations. In this study a total of 75 species of seaweeds (macroalgea) were identified, from which 17 green algal species from 9 genera and 6 families; 18 brown algal species from 7 genera and 4 families; and red algal 40species from 18 genera and 11 families. From total times spent for sampling, it was determined that at Lengeh harbor with 6 species, had the lowest diversity of green algae. The species diversity of brown algae at Michael location with 10 species each; had the highest, and Tahooneh location with 5 species; had the lowest species diversity. Species diversity of red algae at Michael location with 28 species; had the highest, and Sayeh Khosh location with 13 species; had the lowest diversity. Coverage data of macroalgae and Ecological Evaluation Index indicate a high level of eutrophication for the Sayeh khosh, and Bostaneh, They are classified as zones with a bad and poor ecological status. It has been proved that concentrations of biogenic elements and phytoplankton blooming are higher in these zones. The best values of the estimated metrics at Tahooneh and Michael could be explained with the good ecological conditions in that zone and the absence of pollution sources close to that transect. The values of abundance of macroalgae and Ecological Evaluation Index indicate a moderate ecological conditions for the Koohin, Lengeh and Chirooieh.
