چکیده

هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر تغییرات دما جهت کاهش سمیت، سم عروس دریایی Crambionella orsini می باشد. استخراج سم طبق روش Bloom انجام شد. جهت شکستن دیواره کپسول نماتوسیت ابتدا آنرا سونیکیشن نموده و سپس محلول حاصل، سانتریفیوژ شد. جهت بررسی تأثیر دما بر روی سم، آنرا در دماهای مختلف حرارت داده و سپس به موش های سوری تزریق گردید. پس از صید عروس دریایی Crambionella orsini از مصب رودخانه اروند، لبه‌ها و تنتاکول های چتر عروس دریایی از آن جداشده و در آبی که از همان ناحیه نمونه‌گیری شده بود، قرار گرفت. 50LD سم توسط روشJung and Choi محاسبه و آنالیز آماری جهت به دست آوردن حداقل دوز کشندگی توسط برنامه 2007Excel صورت گرفت. طبق نتایج به‌دست‌آمده مشاهده شد که سم عروس دریایی Crambionella orsini همانند سم جانداران دیگر، بر پایه پروتئینی استوار بوده و به گرما حساس است. این سم در دمای ˚C48غیرفعال شده و ساختار خود را از دست می‌دهد و همچنین حداقل میزان دوز کشندگی آن ml 5/0 می باشد.
